  • My actions are often based in fear instead of love

  • I race through activities because I am afraid if I don't finish them fast enough, I won't have time for the next thing to race through

  • I worry my work won't be "good enough"

  • All of these fears are meaningless if I, instead, approach things with love

  • If I do activities with the love and attention they deserve the results will improve, I will prevent stress and anxiety, and I will spend less time fixing previously rushed work

  • If I do not worry if something is "good enough," and instead focus on loving what I do, I will do my best work

  • Life isn't a race, and if it is a race, it is a race I create

  • Life is an experience, it is a gift, and it is much more enjoyable approached with love than with fear

  • Sure, fear invokes action. Fear pushes me to succeed and accomplish things, but at what cost? Sometimes that cost is the enjoyment of life itself

  • Instead, if I approach things with love, I can still succeed, I can still accomplish things. I will be motivated by the activity, and I will be happier, healthier, and at peace.

  • Approach life with love
